Every Mazuma piece is crafted in 925 sterling silver — 92.5% pure silver, rhodium plated for extra durability and lasting shine. No shortcuts. No compromise on material.
Rhodium is a precious metal from the platinum family. We plate all our pieces with it to protect the silver, prevent tarnishing, and give each piece its signature bright finish. It also makes the surface harder and more scratch resistant.
Every piece is engineered and crafted in India. We come from inside the industry — we know the factories, the machines, and the process. That knowledge lives in every piece we make.
925 sterling silver and rhodium plating are both skin-safe and suitable for most people. If you have a severe metal sensitivity, we recommend consulting a dermatologist before wearing.
No — and that's intentional. Every Mazuma piece is adjustable. One size fits and stacks for every body.
That should never happen — but if it does, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right immediately.
Yes. If you'd like to exchange for a different piece, reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order and we'll guide you through the process.

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placing them. After that, they move into production and fulfilment. Reach out to us immediately at mazumadesigns.com/contact if you need to make a change.

Use a soft, dry microfibre cloth to remove oils and dirt. Avoid jewellery cleaners, ultrasonic machines, or abrasive materials — these can damage the plating. For a deeper clean, a slightly damp cloth followed by immediate drying works well.
We recommend removing your Mazuma pieces before swimming, showering, or exercising. Prolonged exposure to water and sweat can affect the rhodium plating over time.
All Mazuma pieces are rhodium plated, which significantly slows tarnishing. With regular care, your piece will stay looking sharp for years. If you notice dullness over time, a gentle polish with a silver cloth will bring it back.
925 sterling silver is built to last — but it does need a little attention. Store it in a cool, dry place. Keep it away from perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals. Clean it with a soft microfibre cloth when needed.
Because all our pieces are fully adjustable, fit issues are rare. If you're having trouble adjusting your piece, reach out to us at mazumadesigns@gmail.com and we'll help you out.
Each piece comes with a slider or extender depending on the style. Pull the slider to tighten, ease it back to loosen. For necklaces, use the extender chain to set your preferred length. No tools needed.
