Information about our products and how to care for them

We are proud to create all of our designs from 316L Grade stainless steel powder unless otherwise stated on the product page. Stainless steel will never rust, tarnish or turn your skin green. It is also the most recycled material on the planet. Important Note: Most of the time the materials will always be listed in the product description. If you have any additional questions or concerns, you are welcome to contact us for additional information.
Our items are 3D printed with SLM technology by our mother company Sintrizen Technologies in Rajkot, Gujarat.
Stainless steel will not rust, tarnish or turn your skin green, if you get it wet. If you choose a piece in our unplated stainless steel finish, you can swim or shower with your piece as much as you like. However, you should always lightly dry your pieces after getting them wet. If you leave your items in water, they may become damaged.
General Guidelines: Avoid grinding on hard surfaces as this will scratch the plating. Clean with a microfibre cloth (enclosed with most products) or 100% cotton fabric. We suggest removing it when doing the following: - Washing your hands with harsh soaps - Using skin care products, hair care and fragrances - Exercising at the gym or doing contact sports - Meal preparation - Manual labour, construction, gardening etc. Despite the fact that stainless steel will not tarnish or rust with exposure to water, you are always best to keep it clean and dry to ensure it lasts a lifetime. If you do this, and give it a good polish every now and again, your item should stay looking new.
Stainless steel does not rust or tarnish, but you can always use a polishing cloth to remove oil and dirt buildup. These can be purchased elsewhere, or you can contact a local jeweller. We include a microfiber polishing cloth with many of our shipped items, which we recommend storing your items with. Some jewellers also offer a polishing service. We do not recommend using a jewellery cleaner/polish. This may cause unintended damage.
